Production and Shipping Times
When shopping on our store you will find that most of our gifts can be personalized. You will have to input your desired personalizations in the text box provided. Don't worry, if you make a mistake in providing the correct details we will email you to get the right information. We know that the customization details boxes can be complicated, especially when there are a lot of personalizations.
Once you have placed your order please check that the details you have provided are correct e.g. you have spelt all names correctly. If you need to make any edits to the personalizations this can be done by emailing us within 24 hours. If it is later than 24 hours we will try our best to make the changes however once orders enter the production process they may not be able to be changed.
All of our personalized products will take around 7 days to make and then 7 days to ship. Some products such as our mugs have faster shipping and production time, these take approx. 24 hours to make and 1-2 days to ship. Details of shipping times will be shown at checkout.
All jewelry orders will be shipped with a complimentary gift box. For non-jewelry orders the packaging may vary. We work with a variety of production partners who help us bring our designs to life. Some orders may be shipped from China and some may be shipped from USA/UK. It is possible that if you order more than 1 item, your order will come in 2 different packages as they be shipped from different locations,

- Standard: 5-10 days

Order Cancellation and Personalization Edits
- Cancellation Period: You have 24 hours from the time of your order to cancel your purchase. After this period, we cannot accept cancellations as we begin processing your personalized items immediately.
- Editing Personalizations: If you need to make changes to the personalization details of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Return Policy for Personalized Items
Due to the unique nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care in ensuring that your personalized gifts meet our high standards of quality. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@bellaoliviagifts.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and clear photos of the item.
- Evaluation: Once we receive your email, we will evaluate the issue and determine the next steps.

Resolution: If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer you the following options:
- A replacement item with the same personalization.
- A full refund for the defective or damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized items that are not defective or damaged.
- Items that have been altered, misused, or not in their original condition.
General Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 days of receiving and approving your return. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
