Our promise

Made just for them. Every piece is made to order with the exact names, dates or initials you write. A person checks every detail before it is made and again before it is packed.

Spotted a typo? Email contact@bellaoliviagifts.com within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and we will fix it before anything is made. If anything looks unclear, we will message you first.

Arrives ready to give. Your piece comes in our gift box with a note from us, and you get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Put right if anything goes wrong. If it arrives damaged or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days and we will remake it or refund it.

How it works

Care

How to care for your piece depends on the metal you choose.

Plated brass needs the most care. Take it off before washing your hands, showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and keep it away from perfume and lotion. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store it on its own in the gift box.

Sterling silver can darken naturally over time. Keep it dry, take it off in chlorinated or salt water, and bring back the shine with a silver polishing cloth. On gold or rose gold plated silver, polish gently so the plating lasts.

Stainless steel is the most hard wearing and will not tarnish. It is fine with everyday water; rinse it in mild soapy water and dry it well.
