Plated brass needs the most care. Take it off before washing your hands, showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and keep it away from perfume and lotion. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store it on its own in the gift box.

Sterling silver can darken naturally over time. Keep it dry, take it off in chlorinated or salt water, and bring back the shine with a silver polishing cloth.
