How to care for your piece depends on the metal you choose.

Plated brass needs the most care. Take it off before washing your hands, showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and keep it away from perfume and lotion. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store it on its own in the gift box.

Sterling silver can darken naturally over time. Keep it dry, take it off in chlorinated or salt water, and bring back the shine with a silver polishing cloth. On gold or rose gold plated silver, polish gently so the plating lasts.

If you have made an error with your personalizations e.g. you have spelt something wrong or put the wrong date please contact us ASAP. Past the 24 hour mark there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the order as your items may have entered the production process however we will do our very best to make any changes necessary.
