These details will also be present on the 'thank you' page after purchase and your confirmation email. What should I do if I have made a mistake with my order?
If you have made an error with your personalizations e.g. you have spelt something wrong or put the wrong date please contact us ASAP. You should do this by email on contact@bellaoliviagifts.com, we will reply in 24 hours. If you email us within 24 hours we will be able to change your order. Past the 24 hour mark there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the order as your items may have entered the production process however we will do our very best to make any changes necessary.
