How long will my order take to be made?
At Bella Olivia Gifts each item is handmade and made to order by our team, with the majority of our products having personalization options. We aim to make all order within 7 days of purchase however normally we are able to beat this time frame.
How can I check that information I entered is correct?
You should be able to see all of the details of your order including the personalizations that you entered in the cart. These details will also be present on the 'thank you' page after purchase and your confirmation email. What should I do if I have made a mistake with my order?
If you have made an error with your personalizations e.g. you have spelt something wrong or put the wrong date please contact us ASAP. You should do this by email on contact@bellaoliviagifts.com, we will reply in 24 hours. If you email us within 24 hours we will be able to change your order. Past the 24 hour mark there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the order as your items may have entered the production process however we will do our very best to make any changes necessary.
