I can't rate this little urn highly enough... it's the perfect size, really heavyweight and the lid screws on really tightly as it has a really decent thread on it to make sure the lid doesn't come off and your ashes are secure. What should I do if I have made a mistake with my order?
If you have made an error with your personalizations e.g. you have spelt something wrong or put the wrong date please contact us ASAP. You should do this by email on contact@bellaoliviagifts.com, we will reply in 24 hours. If you email us within 24 hours we will be able to change your order. Past the 24 hour mark there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the order as your items may have entered the production process however we will do our very best to make any changes necessary.
