This is the second urn I've ordered and once again I'm really pleased. This was for a present this time. The picture on the top is beautiful! I can't rate this little urn highly enough... it's the perfect size, really heavyweight and the lid screws on really tightly as it has a really decent thread on it to make sure the lid doesn't come off and your ashes are secure. If you have made an error with your personalizations e.g. you have spelt something wrong or put the wrong date please contact us ASAP. Past the 24 hour mark there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the order as your items may have entered the production process however we will do our very best to make any changes necessary.
